Wellspring Regional Training Center
Wellspring Life Ministries has the Wellspring Regional Training Center (WRTC) with a wide range of discipleship and training programs that are open to anyone in the Region (such as Richmond City, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover Counties) held at both the North Chesterfield and Ashland locations. The WRTC’s purpose is to help people come into the faith of Jesus Christ and/or to further develop their relationship to Him in daily living, service and ministry.
We believe everyone has a purpose and a place in the Kingdom of God and we are committed to the goal of “helping people get where they need to go”. Whether it's serving Christ in the marketplace, in your local church, or in missions to the nations, WRTC can help.
- This is done through a variety of personal and ministry development discipleship classes.
- The WRTC staff aims to assist people where ever they are in their faith and walk with Christ. From a new believer finding their way and discovering their spiritual gifts, to a believer finding healing, renewal, and wholeness, to a mature believer preparing for service and ministry. Discipleship Mentoring Program

This program is guided by an ISMP (Individual Spiritual and Ministry Plan). This ISMP Program is designed for those who sincerely desire to grow in the Lord with the help of fellow believers in preparation for Christian living, service, or ministry. This ISMP structured program helps participants set personal goals as they generally focus on:
- Growing in knowledge of the Word and faith in the Son of God
- Aiding them in a growing relationship with the Holy Spirit,
- Discovering and activating their Spiritual gifts
- Experiencing healing, and renewal towards wholeness in the likeness of Christ
- Ministry skills development and practice towards preparation for Christian living, service or ministry.
